1. Digital Delivery
Rekavoze, provided by Geekeno, is a strictly digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. We do not manufacture, sell, or distribute any physical goods or hardware.
Consequently, no physical shipping or delivery processes are applicable to your purchase. Upon successful payment for a subscription, your access to the purchased features or tiers will be activated immediately and delivered digitally to your account.
2. Exchange Policy
Since there are no physical items to return, our exchange policy is limited to subscription tier adjustments. If you mistakenly purchased the wrong subscription tier and wish to exchange it for another plan, please contact our support team within 48 hours of purchase. We will happily adjust your account and prorate any differences as a service credit.
